Had a wonderful experience at Jos Alukas! Day before yesterday, I purchased a pendant, and today I just went in to check gold prices and making charges. The staff were extremely patient and explained everything clearly. I also tried on some necklaces and earrings, and even though I mentioned I was just browsing, they happily showed me all the pieces I wanted to try.
